Job Description: 

  • Assisting in estimating project costs and budgeting to ensure financial feasibility.
  • Supporting the development of financial models to predict project performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Assisting in identifying potential funding sources and developing strategies to secure financing for projects.
  • Supporting the creation of project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Helping to coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
  • Assisting in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations on project progress, financial performance, and potential issues for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conducting research and presenting on policy changes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in renewable power.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of energy technologies, including renewable energy, energy storage, and grid integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning, analysis, and reporting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer for interacting with stakeholders and preparing reports.
