Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Lenders’ Technical Advisor for a Solar Project in the Philippines

Pacific Impact is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and reputable consulting firms to provide Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA) services for the financing of a 45 MW Solar Project in the Philippines.

Scope of Work

The selected firm will be expected to:

  • Conduct independent technical due diligence covering resource assessment, design, permitting, grid connection, and financial model assumptions.
  • Review project agreements, EPC, and O&M contracts for bankability.
  • Assess project risks, compliance with international standards, and environmental & social safeguards.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide periodic reporting to lenders.
  • Deliver a final completion report certifying technical and contractual compliance.
  • Interested firms are encouraged to submit their EOI with details of relevant experience, project references, and team qualifications.
