Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Geotechnical Survey for a Solar Project in the Philippines

Pacific Impact Energy Corp. (PIEC) intends to procure the services of a reputable consulting firm, or a joint venture of such firms (the “Contractor”), to conduct a Geotechnical Survey for three proposed substation locations in relation to the Project.

Scope of Work

The Contractor will be responsible for the following:

  • Borehole drilling & SPT
  • Field & laboratory testing
  • Soil classification in accordance with ASTM D2487 for all boreholes.
  • Groundwater chemistry testing
  • Soil corrosivity testing
  • Final report including Engineering Geological and Geotechnical Assessment Report (EGGAR) and substation site recommendations.

Qualified firms are invited to submit their Expression of Interest. Detailed terms of reference and Annex A (proposed substation locations) will be provided upon request.

Please include Philippine project references with the Expression of Interest. Failing to do so may result in disqualification, only qualified contractors will be contacted.

The Expression of Interest period will close on September 15, 2025
