Know Your Customer (KYC) for Power Companies in Indonesia

PT Pasifik Energi Sejahtera (“PES”) – on behalf of Pacific Impact Development Pte Ltd (“PID”) and Sustainable Pacific Impact Renewable Energy Pte Ltd (“SPIRE”) – would like to invite your firm to submit proposals to perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) on 11 PT Companies registered in Indonesia (the “SPVs”), including:

• 1 holding Company
• 5 power companies, each owning a single power asset in operation
• 5 companies, each owning the development rights of a power asset
• Certain corporate individuals (To be disclosed within the RfP after execution of an NDA)

Interested parties are invited to send their Expression Of Interest together with a presentation of their company highlighting their qualification and experience in similar assignments. EOIs should be sent to Procurement Team.

After receipt of the Expression of Interest (EOI) and execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the terms of reference and associated documents will be provided to qualified advisors.

Interested advisors should include their Indonesia project references with the Expression of Interest. Failing to do so may result in disqualification, only qualified contractors will be contacted. The Expression of Interest period will close on 21 June 2023.

The Request for Proposal (RfP) and Terms of Reference will be sent to shortlisted advisors after review of their qualifications and relevant project references.

PES delivers profitable clean energy projects in emerging markets that provide sustainable benefits to both people and the environment. The team has renewable engineering, construction, and investment experience in developing markets, where it is a focused developer of renewable power assets. PES is developing a project pipeline throughout the Archipelago consisting of hydropower, solar and wind power projects.
