Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Owner’s Engineer for a Solar Project in the Philippines

Pacific Impact is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to serve as Owner’s Engineer (OE) for the construction of a 45 MW Solar Project in the Philippines.

Scope of Work

The OE will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing detailed engineering design and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Supervising EPC contractor performance, quality assurance, and adherence to schedule.
  • Overseeing construction works, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensuring HSE and ESG compliance during construction.
  • Supporting project management with progress reporting and risk mitigation.

Please include Philippine project references with the Expression of Interest. Failing to do so may result in disqualification, only qualified contractors will be contacted.
