About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Controls Coordinator to oversee project controls and execution. This role encompasses budget management, scheduling, and general project coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Controls & Coordination: Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
- Budget Management: Track project costs, forecast expenditures, and assist in financial reporting.
- Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, track changes, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports, dashboards, and other documentation to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency in project execution and control.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with suppliers in the renewable energy sector.
