Pacific Impact Development Pte Ltd (“Pacific Impact”) – would like to invite your firm to submit proposals to perform a Pre-Feasibility Study on a potential investment in a Utility Scale Solar Project in Cambodia.
Pacific Impact is developing projects aimed at fostering the growth of large-scale renewable energy projects in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, and other Southeast Asian markets. Pacific Impact concentrates on initiating the development of renewable power projects, including solar (PV), wind, and hydro, while also overseeing their financing, construction, and operation.
The purpose of this study is to assess the viability of establishing a solar plant to generate renewable energy and contribute to the country’s sustainable development goals. The study will provide critical information to determine the technical, economic, and environmental aspects of the proposed solar plant project in Cambodia.
After receipt of the Expression of Interest (EOI), the terms of reference and associated documents will be provided to qualified advisors. Interested advisors should include their Solar and Cambodia project references with the Expression of Interest. Failing to do so may result in disqualification, only qualified contractors will be contacted.
The Expression of Interest period will close on August 18, 2023.
The Request for Proposal (RfP) and Terms of Reference will be sent to shortlisted advisors after review of their qualifications and relevant project references.
